Legislation of a jurisdiction outside the UK, in a form of its own.

How to cite using OSCOLA

Cite it as its home jurisdiction does, dropping full stops, with the jurisdiction in brackets where needed. A common-law statute in short-title-and-year form cites through the Act type with a jurisdiction tag.
