What it is

A court decision with a medium neutral citation, a published report, or both.

How to cite using OSCOLA

Give the neutral citation first if there is one (post-2001), then the best report: the Law Reports, then the WLR or All ER, then a specialist series (r 2.1.4). A court identifier in brackets appears only where there is no neutral citation.

Corr v IBC Vehicles Ltd [2008] UKHL 13, [2008] 1 AC 884.
